BENNY Benny here! I am a very active and happy boy. I am really funny on walks because I want to be everywhere, all at the same time but I am smart and with the proper direction and training, I won’t want to be anywhere but by your side! Toys and the sandbox here at BHS are two of my favorite things. I would love to find a home who can match my need for adventure and activity! I was a transfer from another shelter so there isn’t much history but once you meet me, I know we will fall in love!
LILAC If you smell the sweet fragrance of lilacs, it must be springtime…or maybe me! I’m a super friendly, very curious bunny who will bring sunshine into your life like it’s springtime all the time! I like gentle pets, sniffing new places and nibbling hay. Who doesn’t?! When I’m really comfortable, I like to curl my feet up under me and I look just like a loaf of bread! If you’re interested in having a picnic lunch with a beautiful white bun like me, then read on to learn more about my adoption process.
#WhynotMEpets is a national campaign that gives cats and dogs needing more care and attention a greater chance of finding a home as quickly as possible. Its mission focuses on animals that have been homeless for two months or longer; are elderly; have behavior or medical needs; aren’t thriving in the shelter environment; or make up a large percentage of the shelter population, such as bully breeds. These are the animals asking “Why not me?”
